What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package ships, we will send a second email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your hair! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes! All amika products are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. The majority of our collection is also vegan, and we are working toward making our entire line 100% vegan.
How do I know which products are right for my hair type?
We offer a 'Hair Quiz' on our website to help you find the perfect routine. You can also filter products by hair concern, such as hydration, repair, or volume, on our shop pages.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Sustainability is a priority for us. Most of our packaging is made from 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic and is fully recyclable through local curbside programs or our TerraCycle partnership.
